Price Adjustment Notice: Honeywell's 2026 price adjustment will take effect on November 15, 2025.

Dear Partners,

We are writing to inform you of our 2026 pricing adjustments, which will take effect on November 15, 2025 (Saturday).

These changes are part of our annual pricing strategy update and will apply to our Gas Detection and Measurement & Control product portfolios.

Key Timelines & Guidelines:

Effective Date: All orders quoted or placed on or after November 15, 2025, will be invoiced at the new 2026 prices.
Transition Period: Orders placed between October 15 and November 14, 2025, with delivery scheduled within 90 days, will remain eligible for the current 2025 pricing.

Example:
An order placed on November 14, 2025, with delivery within 90 days, must be shipped by February 15, 2026, to qualify for the 2025 price.

Shipments after this date will be subject to the 2026 price list.
