In the context of the current complex and volatile global political and economic environment, we are confronting sustained pressures from escalating costs in labor, semiconductors, metals, coupled with significant fluctuations in major currency exchange rates. These factors have led to a substantial increase in our international procurement and operational expenses. After thorough evaluation, we find it necessary to implement a price adjustment across our complete product portfolio, effective February 1, 2026. The average adjustment will be an increase of 7%. Detailed updated price lists will be communicated separately.
