Notice of Price Adjustment for Phoenix Contact Products (Effective March 2026)

As we welcome the new year and embark on the "Year of the Horse," we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and partnership with Phoenix Contact.

In recent months, the global market has witnessed a sustained and significant surge in both commodity prices (particularly copper) and foreign exchange volatility. These external factors have led to a substantial increase in our manufacturing costs. To ensure we can continue to provide the premium quality and professional service you expect from us, we have decided to implement a price adjustment across several key product lines, effective from March 26, 2026 (the "Adjustment Date").

Note: Specific adjustments for individual items may vary slightly based on specific material costs or product lifecycle status.

Implementation Guidelines:

New Orders: All orders received on or after March 26, 2026, will reflect the new pricing.

Pending Shipments: For orders placed prior to the Adjustment Date, we reserve the right to apply the adjusted pricing if the shipment is delayed beyond the Adjustment Date at the customer's request, despite being ready for delivery.

Exceptional Cases: Orders delayed beyond the Adjustment Date due to internal Phoenix Contact factors will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
