Honeywell SPXCDALMG1 Sensepoint XCD Hydrogen Gas Detector
Honeywell SPXCDALMG1 is a complete Sensepoint XCD fixed detector configured for hydrogen (H2) monitoring from 0–1000 ppm. The ordering configuration uses an LM25 aluminum transmitter housing with M20 cable entries, combining the sensor, local display, outputs and relays in one field instrument.

Complete model: SPXCDALMG1
Gas and range: Hydrogen (H2), 0–1000 ppm
Housing / entries: LM25 aluminum, M20 cable entries
Detector family: Honeywell Sensepoint XCD
Fixed hydrogen detection with local indication
Sensepoint XCD provides a tri-color backlit LCD that makes normal, alarm and fault conditions easier to identify locally. Magnetic switches allow supported configuration and calibration actions without opening the enclosure. Typical system interfaces include 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU and programmable alarm/fault relays.

Where SPXCDALMG1 may be specified
A fixed 0–1000 ppm hydrogen detector may be considered for hydrogen generation and storage areas, battery rooms, compressor or process skids, and other locations identified by a formal gas-risk assessment. Detector position, alarm setpoints and proof-test intervals must be determined by qualified safety personnel for the specific facility.
Confirm the H2 0–1000 ppm measuring requirement.
Verify LM25 aluminum housing and M20 cable-entry suitability.
Check required hazardous-area approvals for the destination.
Confirm controller interface, alarm logic and installation accessories.
